STEP 1
DOCUMENT / INFO
Customer are advised to bring or email us the documents:
i. Original / photocopy
registration card
(Front & back)
ii. Previous Cover Note (If you have)
iii. Provide owner NRIC and car plat number.
STEP 2
CUSTOMER QUOTATION
We will make sure customer's vehicle not in JPJ black list (Summon). If have, customer need to pay the summon first.
Then we will proceed to the car insurance & road tax renewal process.
A Customer Quotation will be generated.
STEP 3
PAYMENT
Customer have to make sure all the information in the Customer Quotation are correct before sign the official receipt.
After that, customer have to make full payment upon all the related charges, i.e: Premium (insurance policy), road tax, Myeg service charge, & extra delivery charges.
STEP 4
COVER NOTE + ROAD TAX
We will complete the renewal process in short time.

ii. Road Tax Sticker
